Welcome to Rabfy - a one-stop white-label print-on-demand (POD) eCommerce solution to launch a branded POD store or to grow your existing e-commerce business with our complete third-party-logistics (3PL) and prep center service. We handle import, storage, fulfillment, shipping, returns, and customer support, all under your own brand. By accessing or using ("we", "us", or "our") website (the “Site”) and services (the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Rabfy, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. They form a legally binding contract between you and Rabfy.

2. Description of Services

Rabfy provides a user-friendly platform that enables you to launch a branded POD store or to grow your existing e-commerce business with our complete third-party-logistics (3PL) and prep center service. Our Services include online storefront setup, order processing, handling import, storage, fulfillment, shipping, returns, and customer support, all under your own brand. As a Minimum Viable Product (MVP), features are currently limited and will evolve over time.

3. User Eligibility and Account Registration

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts.
  • Registration: To access our Services, you must register using accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Account information is securely stored and protected according to industry-standard security practices and relevant data protection regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), where applicable.

4. Use of Services

  • Permitted Use: You agree to use Rabfy only for lawful business purposes and not to infringe on any third party’s rights.
  • Prohibited Actions: You may not misuse our Services, disrupt system functionality, engage in fraud, or breach applicable laws.

5. Product Information, Transactions & Payment Policy

  • Product Listings: All product descriptions and images are for informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, slight variations may occur.
  • Order Processing & Delivery: Orders are processed on an “as-is” basis. Rabfy begins fulfillment immediately upon receiving an order. We complete all processing, production, and fulfillment tasks within the specified timeframe listed for each catalog. However, final delivery timelines depend on our third-party shipping partners. In case of any delay, please contact us promptly for assistance.

6. Profit & Fee Policy

This section explains how profit is calculated for our sellers. It also clarifies what fees apply for both parties. Sellers on Rabfy receive profits based on the following formula:

Profit = Revenue – Total Base Cost – Transaction Cost
  • Revenue is the total amount paid by the customer for the products in one order, excluding shipping and tax, and discounts (if applicable).
  • Base Cost is the sum of fulfillment costs for each item in that order.
  • Transaction Cost is calculated using the full order value and includes the following fees of using Rabfy payment gateway service:
    • 4% + $0.50 of the order total amount for Rabfy Business Suite Plan Sellers
    • 5% + $0.50 of the order total amount for Rabfy Pro Plan Sellers
    • 6% + $0.50 of the order total amount for Rabfy Free Plan Sellers

All fees are calculated based on the total order amount, not per item. You can see the detailed breakdown by clicking each order's detilas in the orders menu in your seller dashboard. Rabfy reserves the right to update fee rates with prior notice.

7. Payment / Profit Payout Policy

  • Platform Store Profit Payouts: Rabfy will process store profit payouts as requested through our platform interface. However, Rabfy reserves the right to review and take necessary action regarding these profits if it determines, at its sole discretion, that any loss was incurred due to the actions or negligence of the seller or their subsidiaries.
  • Violation of Terms: In the event of a breach of these Terms of Service, Rabfy reserves the right to partially or fully withhold profit payouts, either temporarily or permanently. Stores found in violation may be subject to permanent disablement, with forfeiture of any pending payouts.
  • Payment Tenure: Rabfy operates Net 15 payment policy, meaning that after a customer has received a product and the 15-day (business days) return window has passed, the corresponding profit becomes eligible for payout. You will be able to view the eligible amount in your account and request payout accordingly. You can request a payout 4 times a month.
  • Payout Processing: Upon receiving a valid payout request, the amount will be processed within 3 to 7 working days into your selected payout medium.

8. Intellectual Property

  • Our Content: All content on the Site, including logos, graphics, code, and text, is the property of Rabfy or its licensors and is protected under copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written consent.
  • Your Content: By uploading or publishing content via the platform, you grant Rabfy a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, host, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our Services.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  • As-Is Basis: Our Services are provided “as is,” without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
  • Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rabfy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Data Protection and GDPR Compliance

Rabfy respects your privacy and processes all personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable. This includes:

  • Processing data lawfully, fairly, and transparently.
  • Collecting data for specified, legitimate purposes.
  • Ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Honoring your rights to access, rectify, delete, and restrict processing of your personal data.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Rabfy’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved through final and binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognized arbitration forum. Arbitration may be conducted remotely (e.g., via video conference), and the seat of arbitration will be determined based on mutual agreement at the time of the dispute.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any updates will be posted on our website. Continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
