Affiliate Policy

Effective Date: June 01, 2025

Rabfy ("we", "us", or "our") offers an Affiliate Program, also known as "Rabfy Partners", to enable qualified individuals or entities ("Affiliates") to earn commissions by referring new sellers to the Rabfy platform. Participation in the Rabfy Affiliate Program constitutes your agreement to this Policy.

1. Enrollment and Account Approval

Affiliates must register via the designated sign-up portal. All accounts are subject to manual review and approval by the Rabfy team. Rabfy reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion.

Upon approval, Affiliates will gain access to a unique referral link through their Rabfy Affiliate Dashboard.

2. Referral Attribution

Affiliate referrals are tracked via browser cookies.

  • Cookie Duration: A cookie will remain active for 30 days from the user’s last visit through an affiliate link.
  • Last-Click Attribution: If multiple referral links are used, the most recent (last-clicked) affiliate link will be credited.
  • Cookie Deletion: If the user clears their browser cookies before signing up, no affiliate credit will be assigned.

A referral is considered valid only when:

  • The referred user signs up through the affiliate link within the 30-day window.
  • The referred user creates their first store.
  • The referred store successfully completes at least one product sale. Only the sales made through the first store created by the referred user will be eligible for affiliate commissions. Any additional stores created by the referred user will not be considered for affiliate earnings.

3. Commission and Payout

Commissions will be paid according to the terms in this affiliate agreement. Affiliates will receive commissions as specified on the Rabfy Partners Catalog page. Payouts follow the same schedule and processing structure as Rabfy's general Payout Policy:

  • Net 30 Basis: Commissions become eligible for withdrawal after the return window for each sale made by the referred user's first store has passed. This ensures that the product was not returned or refunded.
  • Payout Requests: Eligible payouts can be requested up to 4 times per month, with each request processed on the following Friday.
  • Processing Time: Once a valid payout request is submitted, Rabfy will process it within 7 working days and transfer the amount on the following Friday after processing.
  • Payout Methods: Include Bank Transfer and bKash. Transaction or conversion fees by third-party services will be borne by the affiliate.

4. Compliance and Termination

Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and avoid any fraudulent or unethical promotional tactics. Violations include, but are not limited to:

  • Misrepresenting Rabfy's services.
  • Using spam, bots, misleading or unauthorized advertising.
  • Self-referrals or any method of artificially inflating referral activity.

To ensure fairness and protect our platform, Rabfy may use automated and manual checks to detect abusive behavior.

Affiliate eligibility for commission is contingent upon sales made in full compliance with Rabfy’s Terms of Service. The affiliate program is only valid when the referred user’s sales are genuine and comply with Rabfy's operational policies. Rabfy reserves the right to terminate or suspend affiliate accounts and withhold unpaid commissions in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, cookie manipulation, policy violations, or any activity deemed harmful to the platform or its users.

5. Modifications

Rabfy reserves the right to modify this Affiliate Program Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued participation after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
